It was important for the Slovenian umbrella expert to provide several departments with a clear and meaningful overview of all key purchasing and sales data.
Controlling, company management and sales management must be able to quickly and clearly see the correlations between business data and operational key figures so that they can always keep an eye on deviations or business-critical developments and react accordingly.
Regular reporting to internal departments and a management cockpit for the daily "view of the core KPIs" were further objectives that could be successfully implemented with the BI solution Qlik Sense®.
